Isadore Berkowitz, 62, of 6332 Irving Park rd., died yesterday in Micha
el Reese hospital. He was owner of the Berkowitz department store at th
e same address. Survivors are his widow, Sadie; two sons, Sheldon and B
ernard; a daughter, Mrs. Marion Lasman, five brothers, two sisters, and s
ix grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the chape
l at 3019 Peterson av.
