It was taken in Urevitch about 1916-1917 (best guess) in the backyard of Nathan Baker's home. He and his family lived with his in-laws, the Friedmans, and Nathan left for the U.S. in January 1914 to join his brothers who were already in Chicago.

Note sur l'image :

Front, left to right: Henrietta and Abraham (holding his father's picture). It was taken in Urevitch about 1916-1917 in the backyard of Nathan Baker's home. He and his family lived with his in-laws, the Friedmans, and Nathan left for the U.S. in January 1914 to join his brothers who were already in Chicago. This picture hangs in the homes of Ruth Baker Blum, Bonnie Baker Butler and other Baker family members.

Nathan Baker's mother in law's first name was Rasha-Sarah. We don't have any info as to his father in law's first name. Both were shot dead in the living room of their home in Urevitch by rampaging soldiers in front of Abraham and his siblings.
